          This may not be fixable, see https://stackoverflow.com/questions/11054069/how-to-change-icon-in-uac-prompt-of-signed-installer-wix,
          apparently the calling process is msiexec which doesn't have a logo set,

          there might be a work around but likely not worth the effort
