      Hudson 1.353
      ClearCase Plugin 1.1.1

We run hudson on windows. For every clearcase view there exist an windows process called view_server.exe. Clearcase access the physical storage is mediated by this process (http://techpubs.sgi.com/library/dynaweb_docs/0620/SGI_Developer/books/ClrC_CG/sgi_html/ch04.html).

So there is a limit on windows how many process can be exist. If this limit reached no more views can be created and hudson clearcase plugin runs in an exception and report no changes.

To save resources, clearcase views can be stoped. If a view is stoped (option -server), the view_server process ends. Any clearcase command issued from the view-storage directory restarts the snapshot view's view_server process.

We stop our views with build-post action, but every clearcase poll starts the view again.

Please implement an endview after scm polling.

Cleartool command: cleartool endview -server VIEWNAME
