Use case:
We would like to handle our Jenkins' configuration through GitOps. The idea is that the config file(s) are stored in a git repo and JCasC reloads these when updated, without downtime. This could be handled by polling the repo or possible via webhook.

It would be great if this would be supported by the plugin.
