Deploy code to instance in different AWS VPC

      Jenkins instance is in AWS Dev VPC, i want to deploy code to instance in AWS Prod VPC. 

      We are not enabled VPC peering because of security issues. Please provide the Jenkins Plugin to communicate between the two VPCs or other method to achieve this task.
