Mark macOS Keychains plugin as unmaintained

      Unless I am mistaken, the Keychains and Provisioning Profiles Management plugin has been untouched and unmaintained for ages, and a PRs in the queue that would introduce support for Pipeline (https://github.com/jenkinsci/kpp-management-plugin/pull/7) has been all but ignored.

      Can this plugin be marked as "unmaintained / in need of a maintainer" so that someone may take it up?
