impossible to delete all theme elements

      It is not possible to remove all theme elements. Once you remove all elements and the click on save, all settings are still active. One can see that the persisted xml is unchanged.

          I thought it should be simple but seems like it overrides the default theme. So, even when you delete it, it still needs and references to the last CSS. Any workaround anyone? 

          Does anyone know the link to the default CSS file? My UI is messed up with the latest theme on Safari.
