We are using  PTC Integrity CM - Jenkins Plugin 2.3

 

We came across some issue, some time due to some user mistake or network issue we get an exception as below:

 

Integrity project '***************************
Change Package ID will be derived from ':none' supplied...
An API Exception was caught!

 The issue is Check in step is failed with an exception, but Jenkins build is not failing.  

Ideally if any exception in plugin and failed the task then Jenkins build also should fail. I am using Jenkinsfile to define pipeline steps.

 

Could you guide me what changes needed to make build failed in Jenkins.
