Swarm Client Jfrog Repo returns 409

      When i try downloading the swarm client we get this error

    "message" : "The repository 'releases' rejected the resolution of an artifact 'releases:org/jenkins-ci/plugins/swarm-client/3.19/swarm-client-3.19.jar' due to conflict in the snapshot release handling policy."
  } ]
}

      I believe somebody has deployed to the artifact repo and messed it up.

          Thanks for pointing that out. I am closing this as a duplicate of INFRA-2637. I just confirmed that one can successfully download the latest version of the Swarm client from this URL:

          https://repo.jenkins-ci.org/releases/org/jenkins-ci/plugins/swarm-client/3.21/swarm-client-3.21.jar
