Stage view not showing stages from previous builds

      When adding a new stage in middle of existing stages, the stage view stops showing stages from previous builds. Is there a way to fix this behavior ? I still want stages from previous builds to be shown, they should just show the new stage as blank.

      This is what happens after adding a new stage between 1 and 2. Stage rows from previous builds is gone:
