Form tables-to-divs ATH errors for Multiple SCMs

      • plugins.MultipleScmsPluginTest.checkout_several_scms
      • plugins.MultipleScmsPluginTest.poll_for_changes

          this is killing me.. the multiple SCMs options goes horizontally outside of the visible screen ..

          PR https://github.com/jenkinsci/multiple-scms-plugin/pull/26 also seems to address this area, and solves other build issues, so it was merged and published recently.
