The tooltip on the total issues column is always shown right of the cursor position. However, with small screens that can lead to the tooltip being almost completely outside of the visible area.

This is a partial screenshot from my fullscreen browser window on a laptop. The browser window does get a horizontal scrollbar while the tooltip is shown, but I cannot use that scrollbar to make the tooltip visible, since it is gone when moving out of the tooltip.
