JClouds Plugin should not use the obsolete terminology

      https://plugins.jenkins.io/jclouds-jenkins/ - there is a lot of "slave" occurrences in the plugin documentation. It would be great to clean it up

          https://github.com/jenkinsci/jclouds-plugin/pull/144 should cover the remaining docs, help-texts and messages (Anything visible in the UI or logs).

          Of course, the class names are still the same, but I hope those would not be necessary to be changed. oleg_nenashev , can you confirm that?
