Even if a job that is blocking on another job has disable queue checking, still for jenkins ver-2.176.2(maybe others too) the builds that are already in queue of blocker job keep this dependent job blocked.

Although, when I tried this plugin with jenkins ver-1.580.1, it works as expected and skips queued builds.
