Description
Actually, the plugin-checkmarx not consider No Proxy hosts defined in Jenkins Proxy configuration.
So, the plugin try to connect with the proxy even if the Checkmarx server doesn't need it.
I'm facing the same issue with Checkmarx-plugin version 2020.2.20. Would be great if this can be fixed.
I had to downgrade to a previous version to overcome this issue where the connection is refused for a domain present in the "No Proxy Host" list.
