        loghi@loghi-HP-Notebook:~$ jupyter kernelspec list
        Available kernels:
          javascript /home/loghi/.local/share/jupyter/kernels/javascript
          julia-1.0 /home/loghi/.local/share/jupyter/kernels/julia-1.0
          python3 /home/loghi/.local/share/jupyter/kernels/python3
          ir /usr/local/share/jupyter/kernels/ir
          python2 /usr/local/share/jupyter/kernels/python2

Kernel specs list is different than we expected (Eg: Julia-1.0). I am not sure that each kernel might be like this. We should find a way to specify the kernel effectively.

I think the --debug and or --json could be used with this command Loghi Perinpanayagam, to show the language of the Kernel. Although I could have multiple kernels for Python3 (one with OpenCV, another one with Dask, another with JavaScript and a lot of libraries, another just with JavaScript, etc).
