We are using Jenkins CasC, EKS and Logstash-plugin. We have persistent storage setup so the Jenkins home exists. On a pod restart/helm apply we get the error below, then have to remote in to the pod and remove jenkins.plugins.logstash.LogstashConfiguration.xml and delete the pod for it to write a new file.
Caused: io.jenkins.plugins.casc.ConfiguratorException: logstashIndexer: Failed to set attribute logstashIndexer(class: class jenkins.plugins.logstash.configuration.LogstashIndexer, multiple: false) at io.jenkins.plugins.casc.BaseConfigurator.configure(BaseConfigurator.java:359) at io.jenkins.plugins.casc.BaseConfigurator.configure(BaseConfigurator.java:270) Caused: io.jenkins.plugins.casc.ConfiguratorException: Failed to save jenkins.plugins.logstash.LogstashConfiguration@fc4365a at io.jenkins.plugins.casc.BaseConfigurator.configure(BaseConfigurator.java:273) at io.jenkins.plugins.casc.BaseConfigurator.configure(BaseConfigurator.java:352) at io.jenkins.plugins.casc.BaseConfigurator.configure(BaseConfigurator.java:276) at io.jenkins.plugins.casc.ConfigurationAsCode.lambda$configureWith$6(ConfigurationAsCode.java:747) at io.jenkins.plugins.casc.ConfigurationAsCode.invokeWith(ConfigurationAsCode.java:691)
