After upgrading the version 2.7.1vto 2.235.1v. 

facing issues in new upgraded Jenkins. Earlier, full build and deployment are completed within 20 to 25 minutes. After the Jenkins upgrade, it is taking more time for these activities and it is highly impacting our environment.

Please find the time taken after the Jenkins upgrade:

• Build - 7 Minutes
• ​Copy Libs - 2 Seconds
• ​Stop Server - 6 Seconds
• ​Start Server - 25 Minutes
• ​Deploy all projects - 45 Minutes

Sometimes, deploy all projects takes more than 1 hr to complete. Earlier also, we used to do the Deploy all projects in the Jenkins and it will be completed less than 10 minutes.

Kindly provide the fix on this issue.
