perforce credential loses checked SSL status, trust entry on modify

      when 'Update' is clicked on a perforce password credential, the SSL checkbox always appears unchecked and the trust entry blank on the entry webpage, necessitating resetting those values each time before 'Save'

      at time of filing this issue, I know p4-1.10.14 is available, but the release notes don't suggest any changes involving this behavior

          This issues is related to JENKINS-63246 and should be fixed by the following change:

          Latest build (https://ci.jenkins.io/job/Plugins/job/p4-plugin/job/master/464/artifact/target/p4.hpi)

          I'll close this issue as duplicate and track the problem with JENKINS-63246
