perforce credential loses checked SSL status, trust entry on modify

    Description

      when 'Update' is clicked on a perforce password credential, the SSL checkbox always appears unchecked and the trust entry blank on the entry webpage, necessitating resetting those values each time before 'Save'

      at time of filing this issue, I know p4-1.10.14 is available, but the release notes don't suggest any changes involving this behavior
