Downgrade option is not working for jenkin plugin

      Description

      I wrote a Jenkins plugin, I could upload the hpi file and upgrade the plugin version in Jenkins. But when I trying to downgrade it with the downgrade button then it is not working. HTTP ERROR 404 is coming.
