Hi Jenkins Team,

Currently the Global Build Discarder (https://support.cloudbees.com/hc/en-us/articles/215549798-Best-Strategy-for-Disk-Space-Management-Clean-Up-Old-Builds) overrides Project level (localized) build discarder. I would like to request an improvement such that the Global Build Discarder will respect the Project Build Discarder if it is already set at the project level.
