JobConfigHistory does not track "Manage Old Data" changes, more specifically the "Discard unreadable data".

When copying jobs from one server to the next, it happens that certain plugins are not install on the second server. If a "discard unreadable data" is ran, plugin configuration for the given job may be lost with no way to recuperate it.
