Gitlab authorization stopped working

      Gitlab authorization stopped working. Before this gitlab asks about Authorize Jenkins auth for using my account (see attached picture)

          It seems that Gitlab may have change something, the error message says:

          "The request requires higher privileges than provided by the access token.","scope":"api read_api"

          I tried changing scope on Gitlab application (by adding api and read_api), but when the "authorize" screen shows up, it doesn't contain new scope values.
