My company Sanlam have set up a Jenkins account and have saved their work in the online instance.  I have inherited the work and the Jenkins account.

Previously a login (username and password) was not required when accessing the port (via Chrome).

I have tried a few of the troubleshooting suggestions (update xml config file) but still cannot access.  I also cannot access the Terminal to recover the admin password.

I need some help to access Jenkins either by admin or overriding the login requirement.
