Implement Checks API

      It would be great if this plugin could implement the Checks API (https://plugins.jenkins.io/checks-api/) in order to automatically publish results to Gerrit Checks or to vote with Verified +1/-1.

          lucamilanesio I didn't mean Gerrit's Checks API, but Jenkins' (https://plugins.jenkins.io/checks-api/).
