Gitlab Folder Jobs are queuing up

    Description

      So We are having a problem. All of our GitLab folder jobs are getting triggered by timer, and within few hours all the jobs are getting stuck in the build queue. 

       

       

      Below are the Installed GitLab Plugins Installed.
