Download button not displaying for Available Plugins

      When clicking on the "Available" plugins tab in the Plugin Manager, the "Download" button is not available.  This prevents me from downloading any plugins once I find them and check the box.

          On this version you need to search to find plugins, one more recent weekly versions the top 50 plugins will be displayed
