Add Choices to List Git Branches Parameter API

      .It is possible to return the possible Branches via API (as choices property)

      So it is possible for API users to evaluate the list.

      I'm currently need this for Issue: https://github.com/MCMicS/jenkins-control-plugin/issues/249
