Plugin for Email notification of queued job

      We are using CloudBees Notification for executing our Free Style Jenkins job. When a job is triggered the Node gets occupied, if next job is triggered on same node then the job went to queue. We want to trigger email notification to the stake holder of the job status: Queue.

      Could you please add this feature in the plugin or let us know which plugin support this.
