plugin page displays - there were errors checking the update sites

      plugin manager page UI throws an error i.e.  there were errors checking the update sites: Json Exception Expected. Attached error is for ref. Please assist.

          Not related to jacoco-plugin as far as I see, not sure which component is best, so I try plugin-installation next

          Usually this type of message is due to a proxy server or other intermediary corrupting the data.
