[JENKINS-64216] Add support for new kex algorithms

Description

Original: We are using jenkinsci/trilead-ssh2. We noticed that when our ssh server is "hardend" the current version of trilead-ssh2 does not support these kex algorithms. I used the enhancements done in connectbot/sshlib (github too) and merged it into enkinsci/trilead-ssh2. Old tests works and I also added some new tests coming from connectbot/sshlib. We have verified a couple of the new algorithms as well as old functionality that we used from the previous version of trilead-ssh2. No issues so far. h1.
