Receiving 403 when authorizing actions in Bitbucket

      When attempting to authorize actions (such as rerunning builds) between an applinked instance of Bitbucket Server and Jenkins, a 403 is thrown (see attachment). This will occur if your Jenkins instance has CSRF protections (which is true of all versions above 2.176.2).
