Twitter message should use #<build-number> instead of $<build-number>

      .. for at least two reasons:

      • consistency with Hudson's UI
      • a message like "SUCCESS:magnolia_main-trunk $1600" seems to indicate we're selling this build

      Here's a simple patch that should fix this (not tested)
