Wrong text size for description texts (class setting-description)

      Description

      After the table to div migration the font size of the descriptions field is too large, see screenshots below. The pipeline font size is correct (derived from style.less), the freestyle font size is wrong (derived from tabbar.less).

            All fields in the warnings plugin configuration are using the description property. Example: https://github.com/jenkinsci/warnings-ng-plugin/blob/master/plugin/src/main/resources/io/jenkins/plugins/analysis/warnings/tasks/OpenTasks/config.jelly
