Jenkins LTS 2.249.3
CIFS plugin 0.15
Server CentOS
After upgrading from CIFS plugin 0.14 to 0.15, every attempt to upload artifacts to a CIFS server throws the following error:
java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: Could not initialize class jcifs.context.BaseContext at jenkins.plugins.publish_over_cifs.CifsHostConfiguration.configureJcifs(CifsHostConfiguration.java:197) at jenkins.plugins.publish_over_cifs.CifsHostConfiguration.createClient(CifsHostConfiguration.java:154) at jenkins.plugins.publish_over_cifs.CifsHostConfiguration.createClient(CifsHostConfiguration.java:54) at jenkins.plugins.publish_over.BPHostConfiguration.createClient(BPHostConfiguration.java:96) at jenkins.plugins.publish_over.BapPublisher$Performer.perform(BapPublisher.java:229) at jenkins.plugins.publish_over.BapPublisher$Performer.access$000(BapPublisher.java:205) at jenkins.plugins.publish_over.BapPublisher.perform(BapPublisher.java:158) at jenkins.plugins.publish_over_cifs.CifsPublisher.perform(CifsPublisher.java:63) at jenkins.plugins.publish_over.BPCallablePublisher.invoke(BPCallablePublisher.java:65) at jenkins.plugins.publish_over.BPInstanceConfig.perform(BPInstanceConfig.java:139) at jenkins.plugins.publish_over.BPPlugin.perform(BPPlugin.java:126) at jenkins.tasks.SimpleBuildStep.perform(SimpleBuildStep.java:112) at org.jenkinsci.plugins.workflow.steps.CoreStep$Execution.run(CoreStep.java:116) at org.jenkinsci.plugins.workflow.steps.CoreStep$Execution.run(CoreStep.java:71) at org.jenkinsci.plugins.workflow.steps.SynchronousNonBlockingStepExecution.lambda$start$0(SynchronousNonBlockingStepExecution.java:47) at java.util.concurrent.Executors$RunnableAdapter.call(Executors.java:511) at java.util.concurrent.FutureTask.run(FutureTask.java:266) at java.util.concurrent.ThreadPoolExecutor.runWorker(ThreadPoolExecutor.java:1149) at java.util.concurrent.ThreadPoolExecutor$Worker.run(ThreadPoolExecutor.java:624) at java.lang.Thread.run(Thread.java:748) Finished: FAILURE
Rollback to 0.14 "solves" the problem for now, but maybe there is something wrong with 0.15 that should be fixed for future versions.
