Starting with Jenkins 2.264 we have been unable to save changes in the "Configure Clouds" form in Jenkins.  The page also does not appear to be rendered properly.  We have reproduced in a clean Jenkins instance with only the standard and vsphere-cloud-plugin plugins installed.  Some initial research suggests this may be the result of the table-to-divs change that was incorporated in 2.264.
