page "Configure Global Security " can't save changes

      I'm trying to change the security model from :Ā  Ā "Login user may do all"Ā to: Matrix-basedĀ  security(Jenkins-1)

      But I can't save the changes, the Save and the Cancel buttons don't react!

      Please notice that the rending of the page looks a bit "wrong" (jenkins-2.png) and Chrome indicates errors (Chrome-browse-error-.log) while loading loading it,Ā  I cannot see any errors inĀ jenkins.error.log
