Jenkins Save or Apply button not working

      Hello

      After upgrading to Jenkins version 2.271 we can't save or apply changes when we are editing a pipeline. No error appeared on the screen. But we can't save our changes. This issue is really critical to us. Any assistance in this case will be appreciated.

       

      If try to use the apply button using IE I get an empty error window, I attached a screenshot of it.
