build will not run if existing dynamic view becomes corrupted

      When using a dynamic view, without the option to "Remove and recreate view on each build", if the view becomes corrupted, the build will not run.

      If the "Create view if view doesn't exist" option is selected, the plugin has the required info to create a fresh view, and should do so after cleaning up the corrupted one.

      This only affects ucm based builds, because for base Clearcase, when the "Create view if view doesn't exist" option is selected, a fresh view is always created for each build. This inconsistency in options/behavior between ucm and base Clearcase may be a bug in itself...
