Jenkins Global Config UI broken after 2.264 (tables-to-divs migration) with Create Job Advanced plugin enabled

      Disabling (via pluginManager) the Create Job Advanced plugin in my set-up, made the Jenkins Global Config UI well-formatted and usable (can apply/save) again.

          Also just encountered this issue and disabling fixed it also.
