View Job Filters fails for Logged-in User Relevance Filter in multipipeline

      View Job Filters 2.3

Creating a view with "Logged-in User Relevance Filter" does not show jobs as expected. All options beside "Match jobs with builds "started by" user" are selected. When enabling "Match jobs with builds "started by" user" manually started jobs will show up correctly. But, any job that was not started manually but only by an scm change is not detected. Going to  one of the jobs and then selecting "People" will show my user and I'm also listed in the change log, so I assume this should be working.

The multibranch pipelines use Bitbucket server as branch source
