Add the ability for users to download NodeJS from a mirror and install automatically.

This feature request stems from https://github.com/jenkinsci/nodejs-plugin/pull/39 and will be implemented on that branch.

      This feature will:

      1. Be it's own type of installer - "MirrorNodeJSInstaller" which would show up in the drop down for installers as "Install from mirror"

      2. Have the same features as the NodeJSInstaller (global packages to install, force32Bit, version dropdown)

      3. Able to accept credentials for the mirror if required by the user

      4. Handles self-signed certs by allowing disabling of TLS verification for NodeJS downloads.

nfalco This shows as "Released as 1.4.0", but not Closed.

We have installed v1.4.0 on Jenkins 2.303.1 and, while the option "Install from Mirror" shows in the drop-down, nothing happens when it is selected.

Are we missing something or is the fix perhaps no yet complete?

this is a new feature not a fix and seems yes with recent jenkins the mirror page is now shown. Fill a new bug please to track this behavior

          This feature is a nightmare!!

In develop all works good, issues come only when is in hpi form installed into a jenkins.
