The "Reverse Proxy" component at the moment looks only at a single header `X-Forwarded-For`.Â
The headers that have more weight seem to be "X-Forwarded-Proto" and "X-Forwarded-Host" since the effect the value of "RootUrlFromRequest".
It would be great to have the full range of reverse proxy headers.
