Expose primary branch attribute

      It would be nice if the branch-api-plugin could indicate whether a branch is primary or not.

      With our transition to more inclusive language, we're trying to tackle all the spots where we have hardcoded the name of the expected primary branch and found a need to determine if the branch is the default branch or not.
