When uploading app's to the Play Store manually, we get a break down of number of devices that this release potentially might superceed/no longer work with.

Getting access to this information during the push process would enable certian code/release quality checks to be performed.

My request is either for an output off the plugin that contains this information, and ideally a way to interrupt the plugin upload if a threshold was met.
