      The "Use the provided DSL script" edit box is displayed as a 0 height edit box with Jenkins 2.277.

      It looks like this

      A work around is to click the middle of the edit field and stretch it downward.

      Assumed to be related to the table to divs changes started in Jenkins 2.264
