Token Macro Plugin fails to update

      The Token macro plugin will not update. It says the update is unavailable because I don't have the required dependencies – which is not true. I have the required dependencies.

      1. Access plugin manager
      2. Select "Updates" tab
      3. Scroll to Token Macro

        This plug-in adds reusable macro expansion capability for other plug-ins to use.
        This version of the plugin exists but it is not being offered as an update. This is typically the case when plugin requirements, e.g. a recent version of Jenkins, are not satisfied. See the plugin documentation for information about its requirements.

      The Token Macro site lists these as the required dependencies:

      Pipeline: Step API ≥ 2.23
      Structs ≥ 1.20



      I have the minimum or greate installed.

      Plugins I have installed:

      Pipeline: Step API 2.23
      Structs Plugin: 1.21
