Changing slave label doesn't assign queued job with same label to the slave

      Hudson (ver. 1.357) master on Linux RHEL5: 2.6.18-164.el5 #1 SMP Tue Aug 18 15:51:54 EDT 2009 i686 i686 i386 GNU/Linux

      Slave Windows XP with SP3.

      Slave was assigned with label "test".

      1) Job is waiting in queue for next available executor with label "UT".
      2) Slave label changed to "UT".
      3) Job stays waiting in queue.
      4) Slave is marked temporarily offline and online.
      5) Job runs on slave with label "UT".

      I think that the job in queue should be executed with the slave already in the 3rd step and not only after slave is taken offline and online again.
