Selected parameter is not filled in the parameters view

      When selecting a Jira ID it is passed to the pipeline parameters but somehow when we look at the Job's `/parameters` url that field is empty.

      We need this value for our audits. Fortunately we have a workaround which is to echo the value in the console output but it would be much better to have it properly recorded.

      This seem to break the Rebuild functionality where the first Jira ID is selected instead of re-using the existing one.
