As of today we have noticed that we are unable to save parameters when configurating a job. We edit the build (or create a new one) and specifiy that the job is parameterized (
This project is parameterized). 
We then add a new parameter and click save.
When we then open the build the parameter isn't anywhere to be found. 
It doesn't matter what type of parameter we try to add but it seems to work for other type of build types. I.e. pipeline build doesn't work but freestyle works.
