Unable to submit a free-style job config if it uses gallio and recent dtkit

      When a Jenkins user (with permission "Job/Configure" enabled in "Matrix authorization strategy" ("Matrix-based security" enabled) tries to submit a free-style job config that uses gallio plugin (inside a "Publish xUnit test result report" step), the following error is returned : "A problem occurred while processing the request. Logging ID=8cd7eb3e-79e1-4171-8988-78c0883fc1a9". This occurs since dtkit recently has been updated to v3.0.
      (Reverting to dtkit 2.2.1 fixes the problem)
